All credit cards (including Cabcharge) are accepted - Standard Cabcharge service fees apply.

We offer two kinds of accounts:

PREPAID - ($1000) The invoice amount is deducted from your balance at no extra charge

Note - all prepaid accounts qualify for complimentary upgrade from our RX models to the LS600hL, subject to availability. For details, please e-mail

Monthly billing - A 10% service charge is applied to all accounts effective from September 2008 (Consistent with increased costs associated with our accounts and in line with industry Cabcharge account provision)

Please note: Ecotaxi/elimousine reserves the right to add surcharges to peak and general periods subject to operational requirements and to provide a consistent standard of service attracting the highest calibre of driver and vehicle. This is typically the case for events (i.e. Homebush concerts and sporting), Christmas and New Years arrangements, Weddings etc. All pricing is however strictly agreed in advance and honoured accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations attract the following fees (excepting Weddings and special events bookings which will be in your quote information):

Less than 2 hours notice - NO REFUND

2 hours - 12 hours notice - Charged at 50% of the rate

12 hours - 24 hours notice - Charged at 25% of the rate

More than 24 hours notice - NO CHARGE

SPECIAL EVENTS and December (peak) - all the above times are doubled

All accounts however, do receive flexibility on airport transfers as we appreciate that flights are required to be changed at short notice due to our clients working environments - subject to alternative availability only a moderate surcharge is applied
