      All credit cards (including Cabcharge) are accepted - Standard Cabcharge service fees apply.

      Monthly billing - A 10% service charge is applied to all accounts effective from September 2008 (Consistent with increased costs associated with our accounts and in line with industry Cabcharge account provision)
       
      Please note: We reserve the right to add surcharges to peak and general periods subject to operational requirements and to provide a consistent standard of service attracting the highest calibre of driver and vehicle. This is typically the case for events (i.e. Homebush concerts and sporting), Christmas and New Years arrangements, Weddings etc. All pricing is however strictly agreed in advance and honoured accordingly.
       

      CANCELLATION POLICY

      All cancellations attract the following fees (Weddings and special events in line with individual booking agreements):

      Less than 2 hours notice - NO REFUND

      2 hours - 12 hours notice - Charged at 50% of the rate

      12 hours - 24 hours notice - Charged at 25% of the rate

      More than 24 hours notice - NO CHARGE
